Job Description:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day implementation of the project, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with project objectives, donor requirements, and organizational standards. The role supervises and provides technical guidance to the Project Officer, ensuring high-quality community engagement and effective field implementation. In addition, the Project Coordinator monitors project progress, addresses implementation challenges, coordinates project reporting, and ensures compliance with donor and organizational policies and standards.





All staff are expected to contribute to Wahana Visi Indonesia's core approaches of Transformational Development, Advocacy, and Emergency Response. During emergencies, this role may be required to support organizational preparedness and response efforts, ensuring timely, coordinated, accountable, and high-quality delivery of humanitarian assistance in accordance with World Vision standards, donor requirements, humanitarian principles, safeguarding commitments, and applicable government regulations.

About Project:

As part of its emergency response mandate, Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) is implementing the Flores Earthquake Emergency Response (FOSTER) project to support children, families, and communities affected by the magnitude 7.7 earthquake that struck Flores, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), on 15 August 2026. The earthquake caused significant impacts across multiple regencies, including damage to homes, schools
