What We Offer
- Compensation:
€50,000 - €80,000 gross annual compensation (commensurate with experience), comprehensive benefits package, annual bonuses, and fast-track promotion opportunities
- Work Model:
Full remote: you can work from wherever you prefer within compatible timezones. We only require your availability for frequent travels across the LATAM region. High flexibility and physical presence at client’s facility during project execution are strictly required

What You Will Do

As an Associate, you will work side-by-side with C-suite executives and ex-MBB leaders from day one, leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI tools to solve high-value strategic client challenges.
- Project Support:
Assist the Engagement Manager in planning, research, data analysis, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance customer service operations and sales effectiveness
