Role Summary:
The Director of Compliance will lead the regional compliance program in Latin America, ensuring adherence to both regulatory requirements in the region and the company’s integral compliance standards.



This pivotal role is responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of effective compliance programs that integrate seamlessly with business operations, enabling growth while maintaining regulatory integrity. The role also ensures consistency and standardization of compliance programs, fostering a strong culture of integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.

As the regional compliance leader, the role involves both strategic and operational oversight, ensuring compliance programs are not only well-structured but also practical, risk-based, and aligned with business needs. This includes developing and implementing governance structures, managing regulatory relationships, leading regulatory examinations, and ensuring that compliance policies are effectively executed across the region. The role requires a deep understanding of the business, allowing for the design of compliance programs that support operational efficiency while meeting regulatory obligations.
