About The Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at Hamilton Hill, you’ll deliver high-quality clinical care, support, and supervision for residents living with neurological conditions. You’ll monitor medication administration and care plans, collaborate with onsite Care Support Workers, and contribute to a safe, dignified, and person-centred environment.Key Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care while promoting residents' dignity, choice, and independenceConduct nursing assessments and provide clinical advice and supportMonitor and maintain resident care plans and clinical documentationWork alongside Care Support Workers to support clients with their daily care needsMonitor medication administration and resident health outcomesAssist with specialised care requirements, including nutritional and medical supportsComplete resident observations and report changes in conditionCollaborate with families, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for residentsComplete routine and adhoc catheter changes,



catheter flushes and managementAttend to acute and complex wound careComplete routine and adhoc enteral tube changes and balloon checksMust-Haves

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled NurseCurrent First Aid CertificateCurrent CPR CertificateStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamNDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)NDIS Orientation Certificate (or ability to obtain)Who Are We?
