- Land Rights：负责秘鲁优质风电与光伏项目的选址、土地流转及社区土地谈判。 / Manage site selection, land acquisition, and community land negotiations for premier wind and solar projects in Peru. 社群关系与行政审批 / Social License &
- Permitting：主导社会影响评估、前期咨询（Prior Consultation）及环境影响研究（EIA-d）的获批。 / Lead social impact assessments, prior consultations, and the approval of Environmental Impact Studies (EIA-d). COES 并网与 PPA 谈判 / COES Interconnection &




- PPA Negotiations：统筹 COES 并网可行性研究，主导与秘鲁电力公司或大型矿业集团的长期 PPA 谈判。 / Oversee COES interconnection feasibility studies and lead long-term PPA negotiations with local utilities or major mining groups. 高毛利与退出通道 / High-Margin Optimization &
- Exit Strategy：优化开发成本，确保项目高毛利，建立国际标准数据室以备后期资本退出。 / Optimize development CAPEX to ensure high profit margins and build international-standard data rooms for future asset exits.

任职要求 / Job Requirements 5-8年秘鲁电力或新能源开发经验，熟悉 MINEM 及 COES 规则，具备极强的属地社会/社群公关能力。 / 5-8 years of power/renewable development experience in Peru, familiar with MINEM and COES rules, with strong local community and government relations. 语言能力 / Languages：西班牙语母语或精通，英语商务流利。 / Native/Fluent Spanish, professional working proficiency in English.
