Who you are

You bring 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least two years leading proactive outbound sourcing — and you know your way around Boolean search, X-ray search, and building candidate pipelines that go beyond LinkedIn. You've used data-driven tools to forecast workforce needs and track new-hire success, and you communicate in English at a high level of proficiency. Above all, you're resilient, resourceful,



and genuinely energized by solving problems with limited information — because that's exactly how things move at MEDLIFE.

About the role

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own recruitment from role opening to hire success — leading inbound and outbound recruitment, strengthening our employer brand across Lima's universities and institutions, and helping shape the future of Talent Acquisition at MEDLIFE. You'll report to our Talent Development Team Lead and partner closely with hiring managers across the organization.

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment — inbound and outbound — using Boolean/X-ray search, passive-talent outreach, and sourcing across multiple platforms beyond LinkedIn.
- Represent MEDLIFE at job fairs and university partnerships across Lima and online in Latam, growing our visibility and employer brand.
- Design objective, multi-stage interview evaluations and track new-hire success through the first 90 days.
