About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to manage social media and website editing for our client’s diverse portfolio. The adecuado candidate is a creative and analytical marketer with experience in WordPress. Paid ads and content creation (web & social).

Beyond standard posting, performing digital audits, and designing promotional email campaigns, you must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of executing content that drives engagement while maintaining a professional brand voice across all platforms.

Experience Working In Digital Marketing Agencies Is a Plus.

This role requires a full-time commitment and active participation in a virtual office. This is not a freelance position with flexible hours and deliverables

What you’ll be doing

- Authoring high-quality press releases, blogs, newsletters, and promotional emails that resonate with target audiences.

- Conducting and authoring digital audits to identify growth opportunities and refine client strategies.

- Regularly creating, designing (via Canva),



and scheduling engaging content. This includes basic video editing and maintaining excellent grammar across all posts.

- Performing basic edits on WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.

Managing Google Business

Listings and Yelp to ensure accuracy and conversion optimization.

- Assisting the supervisor with essential account management tasks and special projects as assigned.

- Managing paid ads across Google and Facebook.

Who are we looking for?

- 2 years of experience in social media management, website editing, or digital marketing.

- Proficiency in Canva for design and video editing capabilities.

- Experience managing Google and Facebook Ads.

- Basic understanding of WordPress, Wix, and various social media scheduling tools.

- Advanced English grammar and the ability to author professional blogs and press releases.

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a significant plus.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Position: Marketing Assistant

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm CST
