MPS Group is looking for a Senior Associate Technology L2 to join a client project within the Retail industry.

We are looking for a strong Java Developer with experience in Microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS, as well as exposure to distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and CI/CD environments.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong Java development experience
- Expertise in Microservices architecture
- Spring Boot and REST API development
- Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, or similar services)
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native applications
- CI/CD and DevOps exposure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Experience

- Event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Agile delivery environment
- Consulting or client-facing experience
