Who We're Looking For:

We need a senior strategist who has done it all and can own client outcomes end to end. You should be fluent across every major digital channel and comfortable building the strategy, not just executing the tasks.

Necessary Digital Marketing Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across multiple channels and clients.
- Well-versed in all core channels — SEO, email marketing, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) — with the ability to speak to strategy and results in each.
- Deep experience running paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads,



and TikTok. Be prepared to differentiate the platforms and defend your approach.
- Strong command of analytics: building campaigns, exporting detailed data, and turning it into insights and recommendations.
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
- Bonus points for experience mentoring junior marketers or leading client relationships. ?

- Responsibilities:

- Own the digital marketing strategy across a portfolio of clients and channels (SEO, email, social, PPC).
- Work directly with account managers and the head of operations to plan and execute client initiatives.
- Lead account audits and help prepare for sales meetings.
- Join client calls to understand key initiatives, then translate them into clear, organized action plans the team can execute. The ability to distill notes into strategy will set you apart.
- Help level up the team by sharing best practices and channel expertise.
- Join our Family (Team) calls 3 times per week.

Compensation:

$2,000 - $2,500 USD per month
