- Serve as process authority in comminution, solid-liquid separation, thickening, filtration, and concentration in copper mining operations- Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of field and laboratory metallurgical tests- Validate performance against design and support process optimization and FLS equipment selection- Plan and execute technical process support programs for copper customers- Analyze equipment performance results and prepare reports and recommendations- Support flowsheets and product selection for processing projects- Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance validation on site- Collaborate with Field Service, Sales, Product Engineering, and Project Execution- Guide junior engineers in laboratory procedures and data interpretation- Participate in customer meetings regarding methodology, results, and process selection- Manage multiple test projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and accuracy- Document each test program from proposal through final report- Present findings in technical meetings and contribute to technical publications- Represent FLS to customers and at technical conferences as neededRequirements- +7 years of experience in mining (copper), mineral processing, or chemistry- Specific experience in thickening and filtration- Previous experience as a Senior Metallurgist, Operations Manager,



Operations Supervisor, or in laboratories, pilot plants, and field commissioning is desirable- Intermediate or Advanced English- Data analysis and statistical tools- Application of Operational Excellence for process measurement and control- High occupational safety standards in laboratory and field settings- Availability for fieldwork and work in FLS offices in Lima / ArequipaCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in copper mining operations, particularly in comminution, thickening, and filtration processes.
