· Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with patients with empathy via calls and text, providing prompt resolutions to queries
Handle patient intake and schedule appointments with meticulous detail.
Accurately maintain electronic health records (EHR)
Efficiently navigate and utilize Epic Systems to access, organize, and update patient electronic medical records, ensuring accurate and timely information management for patient care
Verify benefits, obtain prior authorizations, and manage health insurance claims via calls and web portals
Coordinate with pharmacies and labs to assist with prescription refills and lab orders
Ensure compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) while executing all tasks

Starting Salary: S/. 3200 per month (base salary).
Contract Type: Full-time with comprehensive benefits.
30 vacation days annually.
15 salaries per year (monthly pay plus bonuses).

· Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Translation & Interpretation or a Medical field or
At least 2 years of Medical Interpretation or US Health Insurance experience.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom.
Minimum Internet speed of 100 MBPS fiber connection.
Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care protocols.
