In this role, you will be the financial backbone for our U.S.based clients, managing critical operations like AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting while ensuring strict compliance with international standards. Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage AP/AR, financial statements, and payroll processes for U.S. entities.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all financial activities adhere to US GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts,



and cash flow statements to support client growth.
- Client Consultation: Communicate directly with U.S. stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries and provide strategic updates.
- Audit & Tax Support: Assist with audit processes and ensure international tax compliance requirements are met.
- Process Optimization: Drive improvements in accounting workflows and implement best practices for efficiency.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international or outsourcing setting.
- Software Mastery: Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero, and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Language: Advanced/Fluent English (C1 level) with professional business communication skills.
- Standards: Solid knowledge of US GAAP.
- Availability: Must be able to work on-site in San Isidro and adapt to U.S. time zones (48-hour work week)
