We are a growing Florida-based company seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Sales & Lead Management Specialist to join our team. This person will play a key role in converting incoming leads into clients while maintaining organized follow-up and lead management processes.

Responsibilities:
- Explain our services clearly and professionally to potential clients
- Build rapport with prospects and guide them through the sales process
- Follow up consistently with leads who are not ready to enroll immediately
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all lead interactions in CRM/database
- Track lead progress and update statuses accordingly
- Schedule appointments/consultations when necessary
- Assist in managing the company’s lead pipeline to ensure no opportunities are missed
- Collaborate directly with management regarding lead quality, customer feedback, and sales performance
- Meet weekly/monthly sales and conversion goals

Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing,



lead generation, appointment setting, or customer service
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Equipment Requirements:
- Reliable computer/laptop
- High-speed internet connection
- Quiet workspace for making calls
- Backup power/internet source preferred

Preferred Qualities:
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience in U.S.based sales/customer service roles
- Strong objection-handling skills

Schedule:
- Monday to Saturdays, 44 hours per week.
