Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the provincial project team.
- Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members.
- Ensure roles and responsibilities within the team are well understood.
- Build team capacity through mentoring, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Quality implementation: Project activities are delivered according to plan, standards, and expected outcomes.
- Team members clearly understand their responsibilities, priorities, and performance standards.

Planning and Implementation
- Translate the overall project plan into provincial-level action plans.
- Coordinate day-to-day implementation of project activities.
- Ensure activities are delivered on time and aligned with project objectives.
- Adapt plans where necessary to suit local context and emerging needs
- Provincial-level action plans are developed and aligned with the overall project strategy.
- Project activities are effectively coordinated and implemented on a day-to-day basis.

High Quality Documentation
- Ensure reports are prepared and submitted in a timely manner meeting donor reporting requirement.
- Closely coordinate with M & E/PQ for project monitoring and documentation for evidence
