Job Summary

TexHQ is seeking an Operations & Performance Enablement Manager to serve as the central coordination hub supporting leadership, Agency Business Coaches (ABCs), the performance team, and onboarding operations. This role ensures smooth execution, clean communication, and operational consistency across programs such as GSD, APR, onboarding, education, and events.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership, ABC & Performance Team Support
- Conduct daily alignment meetings with leadership.
- Support ABCs with scheduling, coordination, communication, and follow-ups.
- Assist with operational execution of programs including GSD, APR, and coaching.
- Track action items, deadlines,



and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as the operational link between strategic planning and field execution.

Onboarding Coordination (Agency Owners & Staff)
- Manage onboarding logistics, schedules, materials, and communications.
- Guide new agency owners and staff through a clear, professional onboarding experience.

Program & Project Management
- Oversee calendars, logistics, and execution for trainings, events, webinars, GSD, and APR.
- Track owners, deadlines, risks, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Identify bottlenecks early and ensure smooth execution.

Communication & Agency Owner Support
- Act as a reliable point of contact for agency owners.
- Provide clear schedules, reminders, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Maintain organized, proactive communication across programs.

Process, Reporting & Technology
- Build reports, trackers, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
