At AIRLOCK, we're fixing air quality in boats and RVs. Based in Fort Lauderdale, we've helped over 100,000 boat and RV owners breathe cleaner air through our e-commerce and B2B channels, and we're growing fast. We're a small, remote-first team that moves quickly, takes ownership, and pursues growth.

What you'll do:

- You'll help run paid acquisition for our DTC channel — hands-on performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other platforms we explore.
- Paid Ads — Build, launch, and optimize campaigns. Manage budgets, audiences, and bidding. Keep performance clear and improving.
- Creative Testing — Test hooks, angles, and formats. Track what wins and iterate fast.
- Campaigns — Clean setup, daily monitoring, reporting.
- Funnel Support — Help paid traffic convert better on landing pages and Amazon

What we're looking for

- Hands-on experience running Meta and/or Google Ads for a DTC or e-commerce brand




- You've managed real budgets and can explain what you tested, what worked, and what didn't
- Comfortable with creative testing, audiences, bidding, and reading a dashboard
- Strong enough eye for copy and creative to spot what's weak vs what can scale
- Comfortable making decisions with imperfect data and adjusting fast
- Hardworking, reliable, and coachable
- AI-savvy
- Fluent written & spoken English

Nice to have

- E-commerce experience
- TikTok Ads, AppLovin, and/or Amazon Ads experience
- Amazon / CRO experience
