Propósito del puesto

El Coordinador de TI (IT Coordinator) es responsable de garantizar la operación efectiva, el mantenimiento y la mejora continua de la infraestructura tecnológica, los sistemas y los servicios de soporte de la organización. Este puesto proporciona liderazgo técnico, coordina proyectos y proveedores de TI, asegura la continuidad de los servicios y brinda apoyo al personal y a los estudiantes/usuarios para alcanzar los objetivos organizacionales mediante soluciones tecnológicas confiables y seguras.

Responsabilidades principales

- Coordinar las operaciones diarias de TI y garantizar la disponibilidad de los servicios tecnológicos.
- Supervisar la mesa de ayuda (Help Desk) y asegurar la resolución oportuna de las incidencias de los usuarios.
- Monitorear el desempeño de los sistemas e implementar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
- Mantener el hardware, software, redes y sistemas de telecomunicaciones.

Competencias

- Sólidos conocimientos técnicos y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades de manera simultánea.

Requisitos

- Conocimiento de herramientas y sistemas de tecnología educativa.

Experiencia

- Experiencia en soporte de tecnologías de la información, preferiblemente en entornos educativos.
