A Spanish-owned freight forwarder expanding on the West Coast is hiring a Business Development Manager to win new air and ocean business across the LA basin. You would be selling into Los Angeles, Long Beach and wider Southern California, one of the busiest import and export markets in the country. Commission is uncapped and your accounts stay yours.

Day to day

- Win new air and ocean forwarding accounts across LA, Long Beach and Southern California.
- Build your pipeline from your own network and your own prospecting.
- Sell a full service: air, ocean, customs and warehousing.
- Manage each deal from the first meeting through to live shipments.

You'll fit if

- You have a track record in freight forwarding sales and a book of business you can bring.
- You have live relationships with importers, exporters and BCOs on the West Coast.
- You can prospect,



present and close on your own.
- You are comfortable carrying a gross profit target.

- Up to $150,000 base, depending on your book and track record.
- Uncapped commission on gross profit, and you keep your accounts.
