Experience Level:

- 1-3 years as Administrative Assistant

Language Requirement:

- Advanced English (B2+ to C1)

Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Streamline sales operations by managing RFP documentation and coordinating with Business Consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Enter and track RFPs in Salesforce, facilitating seamless submissions to internal underwriting teams.

- Collaborate closely with underwriting and sales teams, proactively obtaining and providing all required information.

- Prepare high-quality proposal documents and support process documentation and reporting.

- Identify opportunities for demo and benefit strategy calls,



contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

- Maintain and update Salesforce field data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 1 year of experience supporting English-speaking clients in an administrative capacity.

- Advanced proficiency in English (B2+ to C1 level).

- University graduate, fully available for a full-time, on-site role.

- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

- Highly organized, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.

- Skilled in time management and problem-solving.
