About the role

Nxtdoorbuyers Inc. is a nationwide real estate investment company that buys houses directly from homeowners. We are hiring a remote Acquisition Rep to take inbound seller leads, run the sales conversation, and get properties under contract. This is a phone sales role with real closing responsibility, not appointment setting.

Who fits

- Phone sales experience with real closing responsibility. Non-negotiable.

- Real estate experience is a plus.

- Coachable.



Takes call reviews and script feedback without ego and applies it the same day.

Pay

Commission only, uncapped, paid per closed contract. You can make as much as you can produce; it is on you to perform. The pay range shown is an estimate of what a rep hitting our targets can earn; there is no base salary.
