About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and support hiring initiatives for U.S.-based clients across multiple industries, including Technology, Legal, and Professional Services.

This role is adecuado for recruiters who are proactive, results-oriented, and experienced managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate presentation and hiring coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews in English.
- Evaluate technical and professional qualifications.




- Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment documentation.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for U.S. companies.
- Strong preference for experience in IT, Legal, or specialized professional roles.
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and Google Workspace.
