We're a growing dental contact center looking for a VOIP expert to join our team to ensure our self-hosted PBX system runs smoothly. This position is 100% remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves technical issues
- Monitor and resolve caller-ID/spam risk issues on outbound lines
- Develop custom contact center reports
- Administer phone system quality assurance
- Assist in agent quality assurance
- Help answer calls and schedule patients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: S/.3,000.00 - S/.6,000.00 per month
