Role Purpose

The Scheduler ensures strong client-caregiver relationships and delivers a “best in home care” experience through effective scheduling, customer service, and administrative support in a fast‑paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Verbal Communication
- Answers calls professionally and courteously.
- Maintains ongoing communication with clients and caregivers.
- Acts as liaison between caregivers and the Office Manager.

2. Customer Focus
- Responds promptly and politely to all client calls.
- Receives and manages referrals and program inquiries.

3. Adaptability
- Supports sales, marketing, and public relations initiatives.

4. Decision Making / Judgment
- Maintains integrity in all interactions.
- Solves problems and makes decisions in fast‑paced situations.
- Upholds the company’s mission, vision, and core values.

5. Organization
- Schedules and coordinates daily caregiver assignments.
- Performs payroll tasks: verifies timesheets, updates telephony records, inputs payroll data.




- Maintains complete and up‑to‑date caregiver documentation in ClearCare.

6. Stress Management
- Performs on‑call coordinator duties as needed.
- Maintains professionalism and multitasks effectively.

7. Likability
- Assists with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, trainings, and disciplinary actions.
- Builds empathetic relationships with clients and staff.

8. Resourcefulness
- Handles general office and clerical tasks.
- Completes additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent + 2 years of business/administrative experience.
- Strong office, computer, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication.
- Basic medical terminology knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
