Career Coaches
help ensure that our graduates are job ready by their graduation date. They support the success of the Career Services team by coaching 150-200 students / graduates in group settings, and hosting workshops. This role is hands-on coaching, ensuring high-quality service delivery, streamlined processes, and effective problem-solving.

What you will do:
- Career Coaching & Student Support
- Manage a portfolio of 150–200 students in a group format, with 1:1 office hours as needed.
- Provide ongoing career coaching, including support for escalated or reassigned students.
- Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios, and cover letters, delivering feedback within 24 hours.
- Conduct mock HR/cultural fit interviews and assess performance using internal guidelines.
- Track student progress in internal systems and proactively flag risks (e.g., disengagement, delays).
- Engage the student community by facilitating channels, sharing job market insights, and offering practical guidance.
