Role Description The Co-Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ica, responsible for overseeing and contributing to the company’s strategic, commercial, and operational activities. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating on business planning, managing key projects, and ensuring that products and services meet market needs. The Co-Owner will participate in sales and marketing initiatives, support product development decisions, and help build the company’s brand and customer relationships.

This role also involves supervising core business processes, monitoring performance metrics, and working closely with team members to create an inclusive, efficient, and growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with partners, team members, and customers.




- Sales experience and a solid understanding of customer engagement, negotiation, and revenue generation strategies.
- Product Development skills with the capacity to contribute to product planning, improvement, and market fit.
- Marketing knowledge, including Social Media skills, to support brand-building and promotional campaigns.
- Previous experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to make data-informed decisions, manage budgets, and support long-term strategic planning.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on ethical, inclusive, and sustainable business practices.
