We're Hiring: Intake Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) Schedule: Monday through Friday Are you passionate about customer service and client communication? We're looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist to join a fast-paced U.S.-based law firm and serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you'll conduct intake interviews, gather and document case information in real time, schedule consultations, perform case-related research, and provide an exceptional client experience while working closely with attorneys and internal legal teams.

Key Responsibilities - Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls - Conduct intake interviews and gather case details - Document client information accurately during live calls - Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text,



and chat - Perform real-time research to assess potential case eligibility - Schedule consultations and follow-ups with attorneys - Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems - Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams throughout the intake process Requirements - Experience supporting U.S.-based clients - Background in customer service, call center, intake, or other client-facing roles - Ability to handle back-to-back inbound and outbound calls - Strong multitasking and documentation skills - Experience using CRM systems - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications - Legal Intake experience - Experience in Personal Injury, Litigation, or Legal Services - Familiarity with U.S. legal terminology and processes
