Job Duties:

- Lifecycle Management: Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, visa application and relocation support, reference checks, terminations, and tax return filings.
- Payroll & Final Payments: Calculate accurate final settlements and manage payroll-related processes for designated departments.
- Benefits & Enrollment: Handle employee benefits enrollment, eMPF enrollment, and rental reimbursement.
- Day-to-Day Administration: Handle invoice payments, document/letter generation, and leave approvals.
- Ad-hoc Support & Operations: Assist team members with ad-hoc tasks, urgent requests, and special projects as they arise.

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and C&B; administration, experience in HRIS is a plus (e.g. BIPO).
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
- Positive, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Immediately availability preferred, 3-month contract
- Half-time or 3 working days per week

Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
