Team

Kennedys Global Business Development and Marketing team promotes Kennedys services and supports the Firm's general growth ambition and our key clients and markets.

The Global Business

Development team consists of the following sub-teams: Pursuits, Clients and Markets, Marketing Technology & Data, and Marketing Communications which encompasses, Campaigns Communications, Digital, Brand and Events. We have dedicated regional teams supporting the lawyers across the firm's global network.

This position will be supporting the different offices in LatAm reporting to the Business Development Manager.

Responsabilities

- Support tasks to drive initiatives that enhance the firm's visibility and market positioning in the labour market

- Ensure the consistent application of the firm's brand identity across all marketing and communication materials

- Support the implementation of local and regional marketing campaigns





- Support the development and updating of marketing materials and corporate presentations, coordinating with other teams

- Support the creation and distribution of newsletters and email marketing campaigns

- Under the supervision of the BD Manager, develop content for the intranet, newsletters, corporate emails, and other communication channels

- Support the execution of internal and external communication strategies

- Support communication campaigns for regional and corporate initiatives

- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with brand guidelines

Required experience *

- Studying final semesters of business, communications or marketing

- Previous experience or exposure to corporate internal communications or marketing ideal

- Ability to build excellent relationships with candidates and influence them to join Kennedys

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-focused approach

- Team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment

- English and Spanish proficiency
