We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Case Manager Assistant to join our team. This is a fully remote position supporting our case management team throughout the pre-litigation process.

The idóneo candidate will be comfortable handling medical records and billing requests, communicating with medical providers and insurance companies, assisting clients, and ensuring that case documentation is complete and accurately maintained. This position requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while following established procedures and instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Request medical records and medical bills from healthcare providers.
- Follow up consistently with medical providers and records departments to obtain outstanding records and bills.
- Review medical records and bills to ensure all relevant documentation has been received.
- Verify that records corresponding to all billed dates have been obtained and identify any missing documentation.




- Communicate professionally with medical records providers regarding outstanding requests and case documentation.
- Handle basic communications with insurance companies regarding subrogation interests.
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized case information and documentation in Filevine.
- Assist the firm's two Case Managers with administrative and case-related tasks as requested.
- Use Microsoft Word and Outlook for daily communication, documentation, and organization.
- Follow established procedures and instructions to ensure cases are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Track outstanding tasks and follow through until completion.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client and medical information appropriately.
