The role

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our client's SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central environment, driving data accuracy, process efficiency, system performance, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a trusted HRIS expert, collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions and an exceptional employee experience.

Role Responsibilities

HRIS Support & Administration
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (MyHR).
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS issues and service requests.
- Support system maintenance activities and release validation.
- Partner with external vendors and support teams to resolve system defects.
- Assist with testing and validation of system enhancements and fixes.





Data Quality & Data Governance
- Monitor and analyze employee data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues across HR systems.
- Perform audits, data validation activities, and reconciliation exercises.
- Support data correction and cleanup initiatives.
- Partner with HR teams to improve data quality and process compliance.

Payroll Support
- Support payroll-related data investigations and issue resolution activities.
- Partner with Payroll teams to identify and resolve employee data issues impacting payroll processing.
- Assist with payroll testing and validation activities.
- Analyze payroll-related system defects and coordinate resolution with support partners.

Reporting & Analytics
- Develop, maintain, and distribute HR and workforce reports.
- Support recurring operational, compliance, and audit reporting requirements.
