Lima needs Kingdom workers to disciple locals and help form simple churches. One of people’s big felt needs in Lima’s society is the need for community and having a place to belong.

Pouring our lives into these smaller spaces of Christian formation, whether discipleship groups or simple churches, allows us to be faithful to the mission that God has called us to, which is to make disciples of Jesus
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with locals and ministry leaders
- Form and participate in discipleship groups with locals
- Form small church communities that meet in homes or third spaces
- Engage in local or regional events for church planting and networking with like-minded organizations
- Participate in Serge team life
Requirements and Critical Qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior history of relational ministry via small social contexts (less than 20 people)
Support Raising:

The person in this role raises their full financial support for salary,



ministry expenses, and benefits.

When you are appointed to go with Serge, you are assigned a support coach who will guide you step-by-step through the entire support-raising process.
