Reporting to the Principal Designer:




The Checker is responsible for ensuring all drawings within their discipline are completed in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, applicable standards, and company procedures. The Checker ensures that the drawings are consistent and of high quality, and that they adhere to schedule and budget.
The tasks you'll perform
- Deliver design drawings that are compliant with project, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage their work within project schedules and man-hour budgets.
- Ensure all drawings consider constructability, maintainability, and safety.
- Maintain effective communication with engineering and design teams.
- Follow the company checking procedures within assigned projects.
- Coordinate with all contributing parties to ensure comments are captured and resolved appropriately.
- Verify drawings against project 3D models.
- Review interfaces with other disciplines and vendor equipment drawings.
- Report progre
