Professional Profile

Technical professional in Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Mechatronics, Automotive Electronics, or related fields, with experience in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair. Specialized in providing technical support to dealerships and authorized service centers, ensuring compliance with manufacturer quality standards, proper execution of technical campaigns, warranty processes, and repair procedures.

Possesses strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automotive diagnostic systems, as well as the interpretation of technical manuals, root cause analysis, and the use of OEM diagnostic equipment. Demonstrates a strong ability to resolve complex technical issues,



drive continuous improvement initiatives, deliver technical training, and collaborate effectively with Aftersales, Quality, Engineering, and Warranty teams.

Recognized for strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, effective communication skills, willingness to travel, and a results-driven approach focused on quality performance, customer satisfaction, and response time objectives.
- Vehicle diagnostics and repair.
- Automotive electrical and electronic systems.
- Operation of OEM diagnostic scanners and specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Manage warranty claims by registering, tracking, and processing them through the OEM warranty management system, including warranty claim settlement in coordination with the manufacturer.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Interpretation of technical manuals and service bulletins.
- Technical support for dealerships and authorized service center
