Location~ San Isidro, Lima (100% On-Site) Schedule~ Monday to Friday | 8~00 AM - 5~00 PM CST Immediate Start Available What You'll Do~ - Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage - Manage day-to-day scheduling activities and staffing needs - Communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure service excellence - Process timecards and support payroll-related activities - Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally - Maintain accurate documentation and employee records - Support recruiting, onboarding,



and administrative activities as needed - Help ensure an outstanding client and caregiver experience What We're Looking For~ - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scheduler - Previous experience in Home Care, Home Health, or Healthcare environments - Advanced English communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred - Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a dynamic environment Why Join Us?
