We are looking for an experienced
Lead WordPress Developer
to lead the development and maintenance of high-quality WordPress and WooCommerce websites while providing technical leadership to the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead WordPress and WooCommerce development projects from planning to deployment.
- Review code quality and enforce development best practices and standards.
- Manage hosting environments, website migrations, DNS, Cloudflare, and server-related tasks.
- Assist with project planning, technical documentation, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Estimate project timelines, technical scope, and development effort.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative, solution-oriented team culture.




- Proactively identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend practical solutions before they impact projects.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
- Strong experience with WooCommerce development and customization.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
- Experience managing hosting platforms, DNS, Cloudflare, SSL, and website migrations.
- Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD workflows, and modern development practices.
- Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and performing code reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project estimation skills.
