Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about orders and products
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:
- Advanced English (B2/C1) - spoken and written _(Daily communication with US customers)_
- Fluent Spanish
- Typing speed 40+ WPM
- Minimum internet speed: 20 Mbps
- Available full-time during US business hours
- Must not have another active job
- Shopify experience
- Freshdesk or ticketing system experience
