As a Sales & Business Advisor Senior, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities and executing strategic actions to achieve the organization’s objectives within your area of influence. You will actively drive initiatives that align business goals with market needs, ensuring effective execution across the region. Through a strong focus on sustainable growth, you will contribute to building and strengthening the brand’s long-term presence and impact in the region of operation.

What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth by executing commercial policies and consistently meeting or exceeding Sell In and Sell Out targets across assigned regions and accounts.
- Develop, expand, and optimize distribution networks to improve geographic coverage, strengthen brand presence, and grow existing and new accounts.
- Lead and professionalize the sales process for distributors and fleets, including market mapping, planning, and execution through FieldForce.
- Manage key accounts and commercial agreements, ensuring effective support across pricing, credit, logistics, and customer service.




- Execute local and national marketing initiatives and provide strategic sales guidance to distributors to increase market share and brand participation.
- Coordinate training and capability-building programs for distributors and fleets, leveraging tools such as Goodyear Academy.
- Support product performance initiatives and technical evaluations to ensure solutions meet customer and market needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity, utilize sales and analytics tools, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and administrative requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the tire or automotive market.
