Description:
I’m looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient person to manage the online operations of a US-based e-commerce store.

This is a long-term role with high responsibility, idóneo for someone who can work independently and take ownership of their tasks without constant supervision.

After initial in-person training in Barranco, the role will become 100% remote.

Salary:
- Starting at S/3,800 per month
- Performance bonuses: S/4,000 - S/5,000+

Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize product listings on eBay
- Manage customer messages and returns
- Update inventory and product details
- Oversee basic day-to-day online operations

Much of the work is done with the help of ChatGPT, but it is important to be able to identify and fix errors independently when needed.
- Advanced English (B2-C1)
- Organized, precise, and results-oriented
- Able to work without constant supervision




- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable solving problems independently

Requirements:
- 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, semi-flexible schedule)
- Typing speed: 40+ words per minute
- Basic/intermediate knowledge of tools like ChatGPT
- Minimum education: Technical degree or university studies (in progress or completed)
