- Plan and monitor comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for equipment to ensure optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to assess and implement maintenance activities effectively.
- Assess the performance of assets, using data analytics and KPIs to diagnose trends and areas for improvement.
- Adhere to all maintenance activities in alignment with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Diagnose potential risks associated with fixed plant assets and formulate mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
- Handle the budget for fixed plant maintenance and asset management activities, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation.
- Execute regular financial reviews and refine plans as needed to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Responsible for identifying significant risks, implementing risk reduction strategies, and conducting ongoing risk assessmen
