Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our EU business. This role will be responsible for prioritizing and executing analyses on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau, integrating data from multiple sources to deliver clear and actionable insights.
- Prioritize and conduct ad-hoc analyses (e.g., customer lifetime value, decile analysis, purchase behavior) using SQL queries on internal databases.
- Promote a data-driven culture by enabling business teams through training, documentation, and automated reporting solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and lead data-driven initiatives to improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Interest in digital business and e-commerce.
- Advanced SQL skills (highly desirable).
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand and interpret business needs.
- High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Availability to work in European hours (CEST)
