Role Description The Administrative Assistant at Hopp is a full-time, hybrid role based in Miraflores, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. This role is responsible for day-to-day administrative support, including managing documents, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records. The Administrative Assistant will support internal teams, assist with customer inquiries, prepare reports, and help ensure smooth office operations. The role also involves basic data entry, tracking inventory or office supplies, and supporting meetings and events as needed.
