Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership in Recruitment Operations
- Spearhead and orchestrate recruitment operations with a precision-oriented approach.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
- Maintain a high level of communication with clients, providing regular updates, engaging in negotiations, and establishing yourself as the in-house recruitment expert.
- Skillfully manage the full cycle recruitment process with a focus on precision and efficiency.
- Cultivate and manage a resilient engineering talent network to meet the evolving needs of Nimble Gravity.
- Employ creative pipeline development techniques including developing, leading, and participating in recruitment events

Regulatory Compliance and Technological Acumen
- Oversee compliance within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to uphold industry standards.
- Demonstrate an acute awareness of technological talent trends and conduct benchmarking activities.




- Function as a liaison between Nimble Gravity and recruitment agencies, navigating the landscape with finesse.

Performance Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Execute and present comprehensive executive recruitment reports, showcasing key metrics and strategic insights.
- Drive innovation in Talent Acquisition efforts, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and best practices.

Collaboration and Onboarding Excellence
- Collaborate with People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.

Qualifications
- A proven track record with a minimum of 6 years in a technical recruitment role, demonstrating consistent success.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years in a team lead position, showcasing leadership acumen.
- Extensive experience in recruiting for consultancy companies with multiple clients, demonstrating adaptability and client-facing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate comple
