We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Asia Talent Acquisition Partner to contribute to our continued
success on a global scale.
We are looking to recruit an Asia Talent Acquisition Partner on a permanent basis to join our HR team.
The Role
This role is responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring top talent while optimizing the overall talent
acquisition process.
Key Tasks
bottlenecks in the recruitment process, recommending enhancements, and improving the quality of hire
and applicant experience.
Tasked with sourcing talent for roles in multiple regions with a focus in APAC regions. This responsibility
fulfill talent acquisition targets.
Monitor employment trends in key business regions and assist the recruitment leader with periodic industry
analyses. Contribute to the creation of reports through strategic talent interviews, offering insights into
industry movements, company operations, organizational structures, and the talent market within specific
sectors.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding. Activities include coordinating
presentations, technical events, and promoting employee referral initiatives
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The
demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is
essential.
