About the Role:
The Field Clinical Representative (FCR) is responsible for driving commercial growth and providing advanced clinical support within the assigned territory for the Cardiac Rhythm Management (Brady & Tachy) and Electrophysiology divisions.

This role combines sales accountability with in-field clinical expertise, ensuring optimal product utilization, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business expansion. The FCR acts as a strategic partner to physicians, hospital stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams,



contributing to both revenue growth and clinical excellence.

The position requires strong technical knowledge, business acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Execution & Territory Management
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the defined territory.
- Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities to expand market share.
- Develop and execute account-specific business plans, including new product launches and new customer acquisition.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Support pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and company guidelines.
- Identify and pursue long-term commercial agreements where applicable.

Clinical Support & Technical Expertise
- Provide technical assistance during CRM (Brady & Tachy) and EP procedures.
