As an Account Manager…
you will help us grow our portfolio of luxury & boutique hotel clients across Latin America by introducing them to our hospitality technology solutions.

The Role:
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to build a career in hospitality technology and B2B sales.
You will identify and develop new business opportunities in destinations where we are expanding. You will contact hotels, introduce our software solutions, conduct online presentations and guide potential clients through the sales process.
Once a hotel decides to work with us, you will also coordinate the onboarding process and work closely with our Reservation Technology Consultants to ensure a smooth setup.
You will become an important contact for potential and existing partner hotels and help manage commercial requests throughout the customer relationship.

Tasks at this Position:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in our target markets
* Contact hotels through cold calls, emails and other outreach channels




* Follow up with potential clients and manage sales opportunities
* Present our hospitality software products to hotels in online meetings
* Understand the needs of hotels and recommend suitable software solutions
* Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of new partnerships
* Organize and coordinate the onboarding process for new partner hotels
* Work closely with the Reservation Technology and Account Management teams during setup
* Manage commercial requests coming from partner hotels
* Maintain accurate information and reporting about sales opportunities and customer accounts

Your Background:
* Several years of professional experience at junior or senior level; experience with an international company is a plus
* Experience in B2B sales, ideally with SaaS or hospitality technology products, is a plus but not required
* Relevant education or equivalent experience, ideally a university or college degr
