Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support the sales and pre-sales process end to end, from CRM management and quote generation through order signature and revenue reporting. This role works closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Product leadership to keep the commercial pipeline moving cleanly through the systems in use today (Zoho) and through the upcoming transition to NetSuite,



while also supporting cost and vendor control on specific revenue-share product lines.
The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working inside evolving processes. The transition from Zoho to NetSuite is expected to take around a year and a half, so this role will need to operate across both systems for an extended period rather than a short handover window.

Core Responsibilities

CRM Management and Sales Support
Work directly in Zoho to maintain accurate records and support the sales team's day-to-day workflow.
Support sales reps with analysis and follow-up on pipeline and account information within the CRM.

Quote and Order Management
Track and generate purchase orders and sales orders.
Follow up on quotes through to contract signature.
Maintain reporting on order status: which orders are signed, which are pending, and where they stand in the process.
