We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team, supporting the execution of trade marketing, channel and digital initiatives across ASUS retailer and partner channels. In this role, you’ll coordinate digital content implementation, email marketing campaigns, retailer website updates, graphic materials, and product visibility initiatives to ensure a consistent and impactful ASUS presence.

With your strong organizational, coordination, and relationship-management skills, you’ll work closely with retailers, vendors, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns and product content are implemented accurately, on time, and aligned with ASUS standards.

Job Responsabilities:

- Coordination of Flixmedia implementation across retailer accounts, including content upload and verification.
- Coordination and execution of email marketing campaigns through the company's marketing automation platform.
- Coordination with the design team on the development of graphic materials (emailings, banners, campaign images) for retailer marketing campaigns.
- Validation and coordination of correct product implementation at retailer stores.
- Update of banners, news, product photos, and product content on retailer/partner websites, coordinating timelines with the design team and reviewing final deliverables.
- Management of product visibility on the Eshop, "Where to Buy" (WTB) links, and product video groups on the website.
- Development and oversight of activities supporting Channel sales, including the production of POP materials, totems, and in-store activations, coordinating with the Channel team.




- Organization and logistics coordination of ASUS Tour events across different cities in Peru to drive Channel sales, including courier shipment and return of materials, store visits, and on-site event support.
- Participation in recurring status and coordination meetings across eShop, Trade, Channel and regional marketing teams.
- Regular update and monitoring of company and commercial trackers, including Rich Media Regional, Webmaster, EDMS, Flixmedia, product photos, banners, trainings, samples, and quarterly activities.
- Development of POEs (Plans of Execution) for each activity, including all supporting documentation required by each vendor and TMM cost sheets/quotations for approval, in coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Previous Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, digital marketing or retail/e-commerce marketing operations, or in project/account management roles such as account executive positions at creative or media agencies.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and suppliers, including quotations and payment follow-up.
- Experience with webmaster/CMS platforms and e-commerce content management is a plus.
- Experience coordinating trade marketing activations and events is a plus.

Education:

Tools Knowledge Required:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Familiarity with vendor and content platforms such as Jumpstart, Flixmedia/ARCS, and webmaster/CMS tools is a plus.
