We are a property management company based in Yakima, Washington, with over 30 years of experience serving property owners throughout the region. Our team manages residential and commercial properties, including single-family homes, multifamily units, and event spaces, handling everything from marketing and tenant screening to maintenance and rent collection. We combine an in-house maintenance team with trusted vendor partnerships to give owners a hands-off experience and tenants a reliable one.

Salary: $1050 - $1100 (monthly)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations for ownership, including phone coverage, scheduling, and other assistant duties as needed.
- Create and manage property listings across syndication sites (Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS, etc.) and market vacancies with accurate photos, descriptions, and pricing.
- Assist with Airbnb and short-term/vacation rental duties, including guest communication, booking coordination, and listing upkeep.
- Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for leasing and day-to-day office processes.




- Screen rental applications, draft lease agreements, and coordinate move-in paperwork; schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments and repairs with vendors and tenants as needed.

Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication (phone, email, and in-person)
- Well-rounded and quick to learn across property management and real estate tasks
- Comfortable using property management software (AppFolio or similar)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach to documentation and SOPs
- Customer-service mindset with a sense of urgency around vacancies and guest requests

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related administrative/legal support role
- Background in legal case management, paralegal work, or similarly structured client- and document-heavy roles is a strong plus
