ASESORES DE CITAS ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE - SECTOR SALUD
FUNCIÓN:
- Atender llamadas y gestionar citas de asegurados.
- Aplicar protocolos de atención de EsSalud.
- Validar datos y acreditación del asegurado.
- Gestionar, registrar y dar seguimiento a citas.
- Resolver consultas y brindar información.
HORARIO:
LUNES A DOMINGO (DESCANSO ROTATIVO UNA VEZ A LA SEMANA)
HORARIOS DISPONIBLES:
Full Time
- 02:00 P.M. A 10:00 P.M.
PART TIME:
- 03:00 P.M. A 06:30 P.M.
- 06:30 P.M. A 10:00 P.M.
REQUISITOS:
- Experiencia min. 6 meses como teleoperador en atención Call center o en agendamiento de citas por llamadas. ( Indispensable )
- Estudios a partir de 3er ciclo para adelante, sea carrera técnica o universitaria.
- Manejo de herramientas de Word, Excel,
Power Point a nivel Básico. ( Indispensable )
- Contar con disponibilidad inmediata.
