About The Role
Provide continuous support in the administration and optimization of the product’s cloud technology platform, ensuring its correct performance and security. This includes managing incidents and user requests, as well as implementing continuous improvements through process automation.

Continuous Evaluation of Cloud Infrastructure
Assess the product’s cloud technology infrastructure on an ongoing basis.
Ensure proper administration and sizing of the infrastructure and/or product base services to guarantee high availability and adequate performance levels.
Continuously supervise the cloud platform’s performance and security.
Monitor hosts, services, and/or applications using automated tools and alerts to prevent and resolve incidents.
Configure servers, processes, network services, and security within the cloud platform.
Ensure continuous oversight of the environment.
Create and design cloud infrastructure using automation.
